Although much of our business can be conducted on the
Internet or face-to-face, you may still need some additional communication
services if you're going to keep your costs down. This business is a
"relationship" business and that means you're going to have to communicate with
people - leads, prospects, and business partners.
You'll want an inexpensive Long Distance service
You may want to consider a VOIP Long Distance Calling Plan.
 If your local carrier does not offer a good long distance
plan, here are some suggested alternatives:

package - both unlimited local and long distance calling, 3-way calling, caller
ID, call forwarding, and more.

Consider getting a second phone line:
one for business and one for private.
You'll want a good headset
with your phone so that your hands can be free while you're talking to your
prospects and downline team members.
Download and Install Instant Messenger
Members

and
download the FREE Instant Messenger program onto your computer. Follow the
instructions for installing it and obtaining a screen name.
Make sure
you have Yahoo Messenger set to automatically start whenever you start your
computer or go online.
Once installed, email your sponsor and enroller
to give them your new screen name to be added to their buddy list. Also, be
sure to add your sponsor, enroller, and others to your buddy list.

Twitter
I really recommend you spend some time
learning the power of Twitter and how it can help you build your business and
relationships with your prospects and team members.
If you don't have a
Twitter account, you really should get one, because Twitter is honestly the
next big thing.
Your Internet Connection
While you can use a
"dial-up" Internet connection, your experience will be much more enjoyable if
you have a broadband connection such as DSL or cable
modem. Much of the audio/visual material will work much better with a fast
internet connection.
This is your business... and you should get the
most from it. I highly encourage you to consider getting a cable modem
connection or other fast Internet connection as soon as possible.
